Usually, the person uploading it will have words tagged to it, like "DivX" and "Full". If it says "Full", then it is probably the whole thing.

Another way to check is to Right-click the movie, go to "Advanced", and select "Lookup file with Bitzi". Here, you can view what other people have said about the file, and what they think of it.

You have to look at a couple of things to make sure:
-size of the file (full movies are usually 400 MB or higher)
-Format of the file (AVI is most common, though WMV, MPG, and MPEG are common)
-Length (If you can configure that)

Personally, downloading movies is not the way to go. Usually, quality is bad and audio is not in sync.
