I have two questions about Six Flags. First, how much do the tickets cost? It didn't say how much on the site. I'm going to the one in Chicago. And second, how dangerous is it? Like, what's the chance of getting hurt? I'm not scared of roller coasters, I really like them, but I heard a lot of stories about some people getting their feet chopped off and everything.

I can't answer your first question, but I can answer your second one. I have been to the Six Flags in Chicago (used to go once a year when I was younger!) but I never rode a roller coaster there because either I was too young or too scared but now I love roller coasters but I just haven't been on one at Six Flags Great America yet. Anyway, roller coasters and other rides are completely safe if you buckle up and use the lap bar or harness. Make sure you listen to the ride attendant before you get sent off, they have very good advice to keep you safe and make your ride as enjoyable as possible. The chance of you getting hurt is more likely to happen driving there (i.e. car crash) and roller coasters and rides are safe for your enjoyment. This one girl got her feet chopped off riding the Tower of Terror or something like that in Kentucky but one of her feet was attached back on from what I have heard. They said it was a freak accident and is very, very, very unlikely to happen again. It was a once in a life time thing. Hope I helped.

a one day ticket is $54.99 If you buy on-line you can get them for $39.99. If you buy 3 online you can get 4th free.

There was a little girl got her feet cut off by a cable from the Superman ride at the Six Flags park in Kentucky it wasn't a roller coaster. It took you up a verticle shaft then dropped you fast several times.

They try to keep rides as safe as possible but things happen. Go try to have fun.

If you go to website for Six Flags Great America. Click the box to the right that says open daily and follow the links to single day passes to find the price

Mr Monopoly. with the intention to alter into helpful and useful in existence.. you ought to grasp the paintings of coattail surfing off the coattails of people who very own each and every thing. If the six flags guy became a real man or woman... he'd be booted from Six Flags by utilising risk-free practices for being one among those spaz .

i live near the park where the girl lost her legs. I've ridden that ride for over 10 years. its always been my favorite and that is the first accident for that ride that i'm aware of. The cable snapped whipped up and wrapped around her ankles and the ride continued on its path ripping them off. she currently has her right foot reatached is said to be doin well. anyway....so in 10years and thousands of people a day everyday 6months out of the year....ONE serious accident?? sounds fairly safe to me. i would easily say 1 in a million. also our six flags is around $40 for one day unless you get discounted tickets at certain places. (for instance my parents always got our on the military base when we were younger, they were only like $25 there) ask what kind of discounts they provide (i.e. military etc) and also most place have the soda can promotion at times.

A regular ticket is $55 but there are discounts everywhere. Parking is $15 and food is expensive. The rides are much safer than a carnival ride. Just make sure you wear tennis shoes and not flip flops.

It's spendy. Years ago it was almost $60 to get in and I can't say it's worth it. It can't be too dangerous considering how you hear of someone getting hurt every once in a while but you have to remember there are thousands of people going through there everyday. Enjoy!
