He's been like this for a week or more and seems to be okay. He eats well and swims well with the other fish. I have a 55 gallon with another Blue Gourami, two albino corys, two catfish, three glass catfish and two swords. My tank has been treated for ich before...Thanks in advance!

The spot is black in color. Can it be fungus?

Since it's been there that long and has not gotten worse, I would say you have nothing at all to worry about. A disease would be getting worse in that length of time.

I wouldn't be really worried. However you really should keep an eye on your tank, watch for any odd behavior and the likes. If something starts to look downhill contact your local fish place,..or the internet if all you have is corporate places.
