I've always wanted to be famous and so far acting seems like the most fun other than modeling.
My family and I are moving to Minnesota near the twin cities. Do any of of you know where there are some very big acting jobs there? I'm also looking for theater productions. I found Madilines Christmas and he secret garden but I couldn't find out how it worked.
I'm thirteen and want to start my career early.
And you have no idea how much I REALLY WANT TO ACT!!!

And yes brownhaird freak I'm very good at acting. it's just sometimes I need to get over stage fright. But that's pretty much over with now. And I already have a fall back plan if it doesn't work. Either a nurse, journalist or a modle/singer. Yes I know they barely relate to each other.

Do school plays
Audition for local theatre
Keep doing as much modeling as you can
Take as many music classes as you can in school
Take vocal and dance lessons
Audition for community dance and vocal ensebles
Do local theatre workshops
Stay fit
Enter local talent competitions

Minnesota isn't the place to become a famous actor.
You should be in New York or California.
You are young yet, you will figure it out, always have a back up plan because the acting might not work out.
Are you even any good at acting?

You and untold thousands of others just like you. But you see, you do not start by getting a professional job, you get started by acting in school plays and in community theatre, and do you know what? If you are really really good, by the time you are forty you may get a professional acting job. Sorry, but that is the truth.

Enter the acting profession this young and you'll be ripped to shreds I have some very famous and successful actor friends who all regret thy're career choice.

Please do not type in all caps. It means you are screaming.
Actors, perform, because they love acting, NOT because they want to be famous.
If you want to be famous, choose another career. Most actors never become famous .
