Some newsagents will stock newspaper from all over the world, so go in to your closest news agent where you live, if they don't have it, they may tell you where else to get it or they may order it for you on a regular basics.... be prepared to spend a few dollars on it though .. I've seen some overseas newspapers for $10-15.

Borders book stores have a fair number of foreign periodicals, not sure about newspapers but you could give it a go...

if it is on line read it there free that way & it is todays if you get it in Sydney it may be up to a week old
