NO!!!
"A SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT CORN AND OTHER SEEDS
Some types of seeds (especially things like "Canadian peas" and corn kernels) have hulls that are indigestible to a rabbit, and can cause life-threatening intestinal impactions/blockages.
Corn, fresh or dried, is NOT safe for rabbits. The hull of corn kernels is composed of a complex polysaccharide (not cellulose and pectin, of which plant cell walls are more commonly composed, and which a rabbit can digest) which rabbits cannot digest. We know of more than one rabbit who suffered intestinal impactions because of the indigestible corn hulls. After emergency medical treatment, when the poor rabbits finally passed the corn, their fecal pellets were nearly solid corn hulls! Those rabbits were lucky."

Corn doesn't digest well in any animal. I would not give my rabbit corn. None of my rabbits have ever eaten corn and none of the treats ever had corn in them. Carrots, raisins (one or two a day), a grape or other piece of fruit, a piece of shredded wheat (plain not with frosting), a tablespoon of raw oatmeal (not instant), these are all good treats. My rabbit is about 7 years old and gets papaya pieces too. She gets a piece of pineapple sometimes as well. She loves apples too. She loves her treats. She gets a little oatmeal in the morning, and a different treat at night.

If your rabbit is over 4 months old then it can have greens (fresh fruits and veggies). Keep treats down to a minimum of 3 - 4 times per week. Keep it down to one serving each time you give it a treat. One serving would be half a large dark green lettuce leaf, one slice of apple, tablespoon of cheerios, one strawberry, one inch of banana, etc but not all of those. I'm sure they would enjoy a little bit of fresh corn.
You can give your rabbit one tablespoon of uncooked old-fashioned oatmeal (not quick-oats or instant) each day even if they are under 4 months old. That's a nice treat, too.

I would avoid corn. Not only does corn not digest, I think it is considered a "hot food" and could make your rabbit blow his coat (shed a lot). Safe treats are small pieces of banana, pineapple, papaya, apple ... and I don't recommend lettuce. It has no nutritional value.

I would be very careful on this one, a friend of mine fed his rabbit digestives regularly, however dire results ensued, the rabbit became very fussy demanding variables such as custard creams and then doughnuts. Taking on board all these extra foodstuffs the rabbit grew to an extraordinary size and eventually made a break from the hutch and made its own way to tescos. a number of people witnessed the complete destruction of the biscuit section of tescos in cardiff although the ryvita and crackers section was left completely untouched On the plus side my friend had a club card and got several thousand extra points. The rabbit died of overeating and my friend wears its foot round his neck, he cant move very fast cos its massive Hope this helps

No, it's not safe. Read this diet recommendation, and it talks about corn at the end:

yeah, it's fine. That is a main ingredient in their normal food. But in moderation! It should only be a treat. Any fresh and juicy vegetable can give them the runs if thats all they eat.
