Alesse side effects?

I start on Alesse at the beginning of September and I'm kind of nervous.
So I was just wondering how people like Alesse and what side effects they got?
I read on the site that there could be discomfort with contact lenses and was
also wondering if anyone had problems with their contacts while on alesse.

I've never been on Alesse itself but I've been on birth control pills similar to it and the biggest problem I had with it was having a lot of bleeding called breakthrough bleeding. Breakthrough bleeding can act a lot like a menstrual period. The reason I had the bleeding was because the amount of estrogen in the pill itself was too low for my body to tolerate. The thing I liked about it was I didn't have to worry about taking the medication at night like I do with brands such as the one I'm on now.

I haven't noticed any affect on my eyes with being on the pill.
