I'm thinking because of the condition they probably can't be fixed, but if they could and they ran into minimal trouble....how much would that be instead?

The plumber is coming over in the morning to give an estimate and if it's ok we can have the work done right away.....just want a ballpark figure.

thanks

That depends on the cost of the facet and garbage disposal you choose as well a where you live.

Labor should be about 50-100 per hour. Although some plumbers are extremely high especially in the big cities.

This is something you could do yourself fairly easy.

There are 100's of websites with instructions on how to install a garbage disposal and facet. Home Depot has many different kinds. Just remember the most expensive is not always the best. I have had good luck with Glacier bay as well as others for a fraction of the price of some of the others.

Check our the below websites. They could save you $$$. I have done it in many times and it only takes a couple hours at most.

I can see someone wants to retire real fast. I retired but, charged $48.00 for the initial visit, when the tool box hit the floor, the time starts, the first hour is a freebe. I charged one hour for each object, $96.00 for the two plus the time involve. Probably $150.00 to $200.00 for the job. This depends on whether I have to run for parts, etc.

if you buy the stuff, 50 for the faucet, 40 for the disposer, if you already have one.

If I buy it, it will cost 110 for the faucet, 80 for the disposer.
