You run the risk of damaging the cupboard surface, but I suppose you don't have a lot of choice. The chemical removers may dissolve the finish as well as the glue. You may want to first try scraping it carefully with a single edge razor blade. Sometimes the products like Goo-Gone and Goof-Off or Z-7 Debonder might work with less chance of damaging the finish. If that doesn't work then pour a little bit of acetone-base nail polish remover on a white terry cloth. Dab at the dried glue until it dissolves. Use extra fine sandpaper to remove remaining dried glue from the surface. You can then use Goo-Gone, Goof-Off or Z-7 Debonder to remove residual glue.

i depends what kind of cupboards you have. If it's painted.. you may very well be screwed... if it's plastic of some sort, scrape it off with a brand new razor. You'll get a little discoloration on the cut, but rub it with olive or other light oil and it should blend in.
If it's paint, try to take the super glue off by lightly tapping on it if it's compleatly hard. Let it dry and let it dry well... if it hardens more than the paint, and dosen't penetrate, you're in luck (other than the fact you have oil/lead paint). If that dosen't work, then you bought yourself into re-painting that spot at least.

all the answers above are good! but... super glue deteriorates fairly quickly. If you can leave it for a week or two it will weaken its bonds. Then try the razor first. it should pop right off. If your cupboards are painted this might leave a mark, but thats the good thing about Paint. You can always match it up and paint it over. If they are wood you shouldn't have a problem at all. Good luck.

Try a product called Goo Gone, Un-Du, or Goof Off. These are really good for getting sticky stuff "unstuck". If these aren't available to you, try a q-tip dipped in nail polish remover and dab the area until the glue comes off. Be careful, though, with the nail polish remover as it is harsh and could begin to strip the finish off the cabinets. Good luck!

First, use acetone to soften glue and then start working at the glue
Second, brush, scrape, shave, peel, sand or whatever mechanical means is available to work the glue off
Third, reapply acetone and continue to work at the glue.
