Everyone dreams and everyone has an imagination and when you dream(blind or not)you use your imagination. You can do or be anything you want to do or be so I believe everyone can see in their dreams.

Re:Do blind people see in their dreams? Do they see in color?

There are two categories of blind people
(1). Who are blind by birth : These people do not see colors in their dream. Their dreams includes only noises & emotions.
(2). Who became blind due to any happening in life: These people see colors in their dreams but the intensity of the colors is associated with the time when they last seen the colors in their original life before being blind.

Blind people do dream. Whether visual images will appear in their dream depends on whether they where blind at birth or became blind later in life. But vision is not the only sense that constitutes a dream. Sounds, tactility, and smell become hypersensitive for the blind and their dreams are based on these senses.

I'm not really sure if there's an answer for that one. If one has never had sight then their dreams may well be indescribable. In order to get that answer you would have to find someone who was blind from birth and given sight later. Not sure we can do that yet although others may well know more than I do.

People who have been blind since birth dream in terms of sounds, textures, tastes and smells. Since that is the extent of the sensory input that they have, that is all the brain has to offer in the context of dreams.

this question is asked an awful lot. eye sight does not affect dreaming however the blind person doesn't know what reality looks like so... I don't know how it works.
Someone should ask a blind person.
