Because they think it's a disability. As for the Senior citizen thing, I have no clue.

Because, just like people with disabilities, and senior citizens, we are looked down upon and judged. People can't help being disabled, people can't stop getting old, we didn't ask to be LGBT. I'd say we have a lot in common with those other categories.

because people with disabilities and senior citizens are under cultures and groups too. They are a group of people who have a different culture from the societal norm.

Because society views anythign out of the norm as a subculture. You think you are normal, straight people think you are weird. nothign to get upset about, just a fact of life.
