two dollars and thirty cents a square foot for any flooring. the sub-floor will depend, but it will be allot less. that is what home depot and lowes charge and they sub the work out!

About $2.50 a square foot is right without any problems. This is installation only, tearing out, removing all the garbage, this is all extra that goes along with the materials.

I would like to see that floor that was done for less then $100.00

I guess they can charge whatever they want, depending on where they are and whatever local rates prevail. I did my kitchen floor myself with plywood subfloor and square self adhesive tiles for less than $100.
