Spanish is a common language. If you go to any other country in the world they will have an option for English speakers. If you don't like it then don't press two.

Hello,

Last count there were around 60 million hispanics in the US.
Serving them in their native tongue is good business practice I would think. In Canada I press 2 for French service in Western Canada even though the French are a minority out here. Keep the customers satisfied I say!

I agree!!! I live in Miami, i dont hear press 2 or 3 for creole?? I think it's discrimination! if you do it for one community, do it for the rest!

Alot of business in the world is done in English.
