Depends on where you live.
Corsets are no joke, there's a good reason women quit wearing them. But if you must, online is the best place to find them at a alright price.
Otherwise, bridal stores will have them, Hot Topic has them sometimes (the cheesier play ones), and lingerie stores have them, like Frederick's of Hollywood.

If you live in a big city, any large party store or theatrical costume shop should have just what you need come Halloween time. Otherwise, you may have to shop around on the internet. A lingerie store (Victoria's Secret?) or clothing store or drugstore might carry the fishnet stockings and the corsette as well.
In fact, some Halloween costume websites just might carry the whole 1940s pin-up girl costume!
Addendum: the one who spoke about the difference between the 1940s pin-up girl and the 1920s flapper has a point...

Feathers - Any craft store, even wal-mart. I'm not exactly sure what kind of feathers you need though.

i think the comparable way! different than somewhat of the photograph tees, i admire adult adult males's hoodies.
