of that group, I like Losman. He is the starter in Buffalo- holcombe is gone.
Lee Evans proved himself to be a top 5 reciever last year. Lynch will carry the running game. I think Losman will have a very solid year and finish somewhere between the #15-#20th ranked QB's. This will be well ahead of Harrington, Culpepper or Garcia.

Harrington has not been the success everybody expected and I don't think anything will change for him this year. Culpepper is a work in progress but has a poor offense to work with in Oakland. Losman is a decent choice with Lee Evans at wr but you're probably better off with Garcia and his NFL experience as your backup QB.

Well Garcia is the starter for TB but might not be the best pick up.
I would go with guys like Alex Smith in SF.
I would also try Trent Green just because he is veteren.
Also if you really want to take a chance, you can take Harrington or Culpepper. Most leagues have Losman as their back-up QB on some team.
Last, and the biggest stretch would be Tavaris Jackson in MINN and Campbell in WAS.
People have compared Jackson to a young Vick, without all the trouble. This year he is going to struggle but will have his bright spots against a lack luster DEF in the NFC. He would be a good pick-up for a bye week against a crappy DEF.
I would either take Smith or Garcia. They are both on solid teams with a pretty good offense surrounding them. Smith is higher on my list just because he has Gore, Davis, Jackson, Lelie, Battle and such more. In my eyes Garcia is going to get hurt because Alsott is out for the year (possibly his career) and that hurts. He pretty much has Galloway and Williams.
I would take Smith as the 1st option with more weapons, then take Garcia
Good luck!!

Scabs indeed!
Harrington has only Old Man Horn, and three guys from a local Home Depot electrical department at WR. Crumpler is living like his last name, still recovering from surgery. Terrible.
Losman has a nice rapport with Lee Evans, and has been steadily improving. If Lynch can carry the rock 20 times a game effectively, I like Losman as your backup.
Culpepper is lucky to be walking on that knee, and he'll get a taste of Shawn Merriman twice, especially when Robert Gallery waves his red matador's cape, and the crowd yells OLE! (That O-line is a disaster.)
Losman, or keep Garcia. Do a little rain dance and hope your starter stays healthy.

I would actually take Losman. Garcia is a good pick but both QBs can play and have their plus sides. Garcia has the 400 year NFL Vet Joey Galloway returning and will likely be Garcia's main target. J.P. Lossman is a young QB getting better and better, im looking for him to put up more yards than Garcia, but more Interceptions aswell. Garcia should throw around 8-11 Interceptions compared to Losman's 12-15. Im expecting the TD race between them to be around the same number if not the same number. Overall, it depends on whether you would rather get yards and interceptions, or a few less yards and less interceptions.

Losman hands down. He came on strong last year and has Lee Evans. Should be a solid backup. I would rank Garcia behind him, with Harrington behind Garcia.

Harrington would be the best choice - he will be the starter for the Falcons. It's unclear what role (and how much playing time) Culpepper or Losman will get.
