What will you accomplish by cheating? There is a sense of accomplishment that comes with earning something even in a game.
Also, if your character is doing something in the game and it is attacked by a random you have no way of protecting yourself.

a macro is a robot that plays the game for you and no there is no safe macro and if used you could get banned for using it
