Just curious if there's a law or not saying they can arrest pregant. Pregant are somewhat a delicate matter if you think about it. So if any could answer I would appreciate it.

Being pregnant doesn't give you a free pass in ANY state. It may affect how you are treated in the jail, but women have actually given birth in jail.

Yes. There is no exception for being pregnant. The woman may be placed in a medical wing of the jail away from the general population, but there have been may children born under supervision of the authorities.

Not only can they arrest a pregnant woman, they can put her in jail or prison. Pregnancy is not a "delicate" matter, unless it is a high risk pregnancy, and even then it would not protect her from being arrested if she is suspected of doing a crime.

You can arrest a woman while she is pregnant, there is no exception of arrest due to medial condition under any circumstances.

Of course not. In fact if you are in prison when you give birth they will likely take your baby away. If you can prove that you are no unfit to be a mother when you get out you have a chance of getting it back.

Can they arrest her because she got pregnant? Probably not. Can they arrest a pregnant accused criminal? Probably.
