In as large a country as this, you can never say never. I am unaware of any proven case of an illegal alien voting. However, given how easy it is to get a fake i.d. card and the minimal training of election judges, it is possible for anyone dedicated enough to break the rules to have a chance at success. However, if there were a large number of illegal votes, you would expect some to get caught just from pure bad luck.

Not legally. Only Citizens can vote legally. Non-citizens, legal or not, are not allowed to vote. If you are asking is some managed to vote illegally, my guess is some of them did. I work a the polls and I can state that anyone that can forge the documents required to get a job, can probably use the same documents to register to vote. If the board of elections doesn't catch them, I couldn't even if I were allowed. In case you are wondering, if their name is in the poll book and they have ID, I have to let them vote even if I know they shouldn't be allowed. If I don't, I can be charged with election fraud.
