from 1983 and on Honda had those stupid looking square headlights.....they look hella horrible.....so how hard is it to replace them with round ones? Also how hard would it be to replace the square tach and speedometer with 2 separate normal round ones? also, if you cant answer this you cant call yourself a real biker :P (just encouraging you)

The headlight unit from an '82 CB650SC should fit if you use the fork covers (headlight bracket).
The only problem with using a different speedo, is the calibration may be off (maybe - ride at 50mph & speedo reads 35mph - they might be the same, Honda is good that way).
The '83 model switched from cable opperated to an electronic tachometer.
You'd have to use an aftermarket tach - but the speedo & tach wouldn't look the same.
