I doubt I could pick just one, because the Flaming Lips are the best and are destined to save the world...but after seeing it live, I think "The Yeah Yeah Song" is my favorite. Great political content, great audience participation factor.

"Feeling Yourself Disintegrate" on Soft Bulletin. You really have to listen to it with a good pair of headphones on to fully appreciate it. It's just such a cool, dreamy, floaty song. Amazing! "Fight Test" and "Do You Realize??" come pretty close though.
