well here's some answers...
1. computer made viruses are made out of code, whereas human made viruses are made of proteins (capsule) and nucleic acid (store information).
2. human made viruses go through natural selection
3. human made viruses will eventually reach symbiosis or equilibrium in large enough populations
4. computer viruses' only goal is to do harm, rather than to stay "alive."

IF you're strickly talking about computer viruses:

ALL viruses/mal-ware are man made.

BUT, some can be programmed to replicate. These are called worms. Worms can and mostly do jump from computer to computer through e-mail, p2p programs and such activities as that. Lately these things have been planted on web pages that have been hacked so that when one lands on the page their computer is infected. Some of this 'Web-page' mal-wares don't infect unless something is dowloaded from it.

Human made virus is like an HIV/AIDS virus. Computer made, well computers can't make viruses, only people can.
