In England 5th September
i live in Germany ,and the kids are already back 2 weeks

In Scotland towards the end of August. In England/Wales it's the first full week of September - the exact date varies between Schools and Local Authorities (the primary schools in my area go back the day before the secondary schools).

Depends where you live. In Northern Ireland it's roughly between 30th August and 3rd September

I guess it all depends on where you live, and what school your kids go to, and what county. For us here in Maryland public schools go back August 28th.

It depends where you live. Some will start school next week (the 20th). Others will start Sept. 4th or 5th.

According to school uniform shops, and stores like Wilkinsons and Partners, as soon as they start their holidays! Back to School ranges appearing in every high street windows - it used to really rile me.
