next attempt i'm not talking about eating animals.
And you think cows are polluting....what about humans, we're the worst of all

If you torture humans, you are tried, and if found guilty, placed in jail, possibly for a long term, but likely not very long.
Animals, as innocent and helpless as they sometimes may be, should not be placed on the same legal status as humans. It would cause a tremendous problem for humans at large.
Should such people be dealt with harshly? Definitely.
But to punish them to the same extent as one would punish someone who tortured a child (for instance), I believe would elevate other animals to a level that most people would find difficult.

Pretty much,maybe not quite as severe a sentence. But the emphasis should be on mental health treatment: remember that those people almost always go on to victimize humans,either sexual abuse of children or rape/torture/murder of young women. All serial killers and most child rapists started out torturing animals. So it is a matter of the utmost gravity; I would know - I'm a child and adolsecent psychologist.

They should be treated WORSE than if it was a human , because a human can at least fight back in most cases , whereas an animal is helpless !
People that abuse or torture animals are evil , vile perverted sickos` that deserve NO mercy whatsoever !

no, because I don't think you should be eaten for eating an animal ... however if you eat vegetables or innocent fruits you should be given like treatment .... plants fix the pollution in the air and fruits and vegetables are innocent baby plants that havent even lived there lives yet .... that is way worse than some horrible polluting cow or chicken... chickens are mean and spread disease and cows are dangerous because they can get out the road and kill people
