i love your question, it's like the analogy of the root and the fruit of a tree.... or the tip and the submerged part of an iceberg
=))))))))))))))))))))

the root of a tree is often unseen, hidden...
but profoundly affecting the whole tree itself..
the fruit of one's action will do the propagation
and seed for more trees for regeneration..
but if the root or the subconscious is uncultivated...
the tree would be stout or at worse, be barren...

the tip of an iceberg is conspicuously huge..
but what's lurking beneath is often more vast..
and much much colder.....
but it keeps the iceberg afloat..
and to add, highly dangerous...

People will always judge you by your fruit...
but be aware of what keeps your root healthy..
and never let your subconscious sink you...
Consciously choose to keep on floating...

It is difficult to say which is more powerful. Without the dreaming we would never concieve but if we did not concieve and control, the dreams would be meaningless. The sub is very sneaky and can make you believe that what you are doing you have to do for some reason. But by understanding how the subconscious works you can negate it's negative and anamalistic traits, like revealing the tricks of the con-artist.

I think that if you are weak of mind the sub-conscious will control you but the conscious is more powerful because it can find the key to the other and learn to train it.. after many lifetimes, te he. The sub can be very powerful, beyond what we can imagine but control is much easier to effect from the rational mind. To really operate at your ultimate level you need to realise how to get the two to work together.

That would depend on the condition of the brain and whether the person is awake or asleep.

Obviously, your subconscious becomes dominant in your dream state.

In your awake state, your conscious is seemingly in charge, so; you might want to say conscious seeing how you are awake more time out of the day than you are asleep.

But you do have to wonder how much of what we do and say is crossover thoughts from the subconscious to the conscious or vice versa.

Of course the correct answer is they are the same strength because they come from the same brain and the brain's power did not change all of a sudden just cause you concious took over from your sunconscious or vice versa.

If you are not conscious to monitor you subconscious,, it takes over and proves powerful..

subconscious is the lived past and one has to be conscious in living each day and each moment such that subconcious does not create and linger on ..

Subconscious. Samuel Johnson was a lexicographer. He was famous for making one of the first dictionaries in the English language. Brilliant individual, but he had OCD. He could not stop jumping through every open door "backwards". If the subconscious is this powerful, with such a brilliant mind, that no matter what, you can not stop your self from doing what you know is a bit odd, then it gets my vote! Groovy huh!

It depends on the type of person you are. If you are focused, clear plan in life, organised etc, your concious would be more powerful. you are in control. Your subconscious is sneaky, to say the least, some of your inner truths are there, but it can be quite latent. If you are a dreamer, laid back no fixed plans, your subconscious concepts will float more freely to the surface.
