I mean if he is as concerned about it as he claims, would he not have done so?

No. As far as I know, Giuliani's support of a border fence is rather new. He tolerated illegal immigrants in NY, and in fact, during Rudy's rule, NYC was "sanctuary city" where city employees, including police were told not to report illegal immigrants to the feds. Now, Giuliani's taking an anti-immigrant stand because he knows the Republican primary voters oppose illegal immigration.

If you can not tell by the way he runs his family and his private life, the man in control of nothing. Before he sets off to write or talk to congress about anything he needs to stop being such a slippery fish!!!

As yet, he has no control over Congress, no influence in Congress, and no reason to write Congress. I hope he never does.

That assumes that Rudy can keep his lies straight long enough to do that kind of follow-up.
