Thanks for the answers so far, But I was asking if there is a Bus from Long Island to DC. There are lots of buses from NYC to Washington, DC.-- I want it for a person who cannot change buses in the city etc...., someone had told me a while back that there was such a service from Huntington ... or some where else... that you didn't have to change buses. THAT is the the INFO. I need. --Anyone??

I've heard about a pretty cheap bus service that goes from DC to NYC and back. On either end, you're picked up and dropped off in Chinatown and it only costs around $25 each way.

yes. Take MTA's suburban division runs busses all over LI; take one to Manhattan/Port Authority.
From there, Greyhound goes to W,DC quite frequently.
