okay so the last few weeks i been feeling really stressed out...mah grandma was sick for a while...my friends got kicked out his house nd was stayin here...im havin problems with mah ex nd mom...i been smoking nd cant seem to stop...im not addicted though...i just need a cigaratte soem times...i havent been sleeping that good...i wake up in the middle of the night nd cant sleep...i cant take naps...last night i sleeped for 2 and a half hours...i dont think i can finish summer school on time...nd mah tummy nd heads been hurting alot lately...i just been feeling really bad...whats wrong with me?!..♥♥♥

it sounds to me like you're going through a lot of stress. that may explain your headaches and you not being able to sleep that well. I suggest you try and relax yourself more, take long bubble baths, just do anything you think that can relax you. hope you start feeling better soon.

Well first, try to stop smoking, and turn
to a more healthy obsession, like eating
vegetables, carrots, or anything. Seriously,
smoking doesn't make anything better.
As for the grandma, just pray for her,
and buy her a card saying how much you love her,
as for the friend, him being kicked out is his own problem, not yours, if you really really want to help, give him some money to stay at a motel,
and then give him ONLY this advice,
"talk to your family..!"
As for the headache and stomach, take some Advil, but only two or one, and only when you get up, and go to sleep. Try to get some sleep, don't watch TV, don't listen to music, nothing,
just go into your room and make it totally silent,
and dark. You'll sleep trust me.
Just get some sleep, take an advil, write a card, give some extra cash, and stop worrying.
I'm sure everything will work out.And really,
stop smoking, it'd help very much.

Sounds like stress to me.
Try deep breathing exercises... really try, for 10 - 20 min at a time when you feel relaxed... like early in the morning when no one else is up. I do this exercise where I visualize my stress as red smoke filling my body, then as I breath, little by little I visualize blue smoke filling the place of the red... until all the red is gone. I hope it works.. if not maybe you should see a doctor.

I didn't even see your "name" until I read another entry. Please stop referring to yourself as a screwup. Speak only positively about yourself. Eventually you will believe those encouraging words & you will be much better off. Trust me I know!!! Keep your head up, remember... positive words & try to eat more healthily... there is no reason for you to put yourself down!!! : )

Hmmm, while I can't tell you whats wrong with you (because I don't know), I can recommend that you see a doctor. While your symptoms could be caused by stress, there may be something more serious wrong. At the very least the doctor could prescribe you some sleeping pills and perhaps something for your head and stomach, but I would recommend getting some testing to make sure it is nothing more serious. It sounds like you are under a lot of stress and may be depressed. Try and take it easy and if it bothers you too much maybe you should go to the doctor.

By the way if you "need" a cigarette, you will eventually "have" to have one. Try and stop now, it's a ***** once you are addicted.

only shop the attention touch going and the grins and the laughter, be urself together with her and im confident if ur a real coo man or woman she would be able to finally end up fallen for u2! only be a gentleman and a fashion or the different make her experience like she's distinctive than the different women and that she is specific to u..only be delicate and assured and wait and see, u will possibly no longer get what u choose while u choose it,finding on the girl..only think of beneficial

you sound exactly like me...i have a hard time sleeping at night and there are always things running through my mind...i've been told that i'm depress and stress out at the things that are happening in my life...i was told that i have too many negative thoughts and that is true and to start to think positive and meditate more...i try my best to but i always keep on thinking about the negatives and they always make me feel down

looks like a case of stress, and what u need to do is talk to someone, it is hard to go at this alone, start with getting in the tub and take a warm bath, just relax, i hate when i go through this but it will get better.
