Realtors are WORSE than a car salesman since house are ten times more expensive. Their bottomline is money and that is all they care about. Who care about a hard working family trying to buy?

I was a first time buyer and shopped multiple lenders before choosing mine .
I considered a lender listed by the Realtor but theirs was not the best deal (not bad but not the best )

So what is with this bogus claim the 1st time buyer knows nothing ?
We are not morons , and the actual morons can screw up a home purchase their 2nd and 3rd time too .

It's Not about being a first timer , It is about whether or not your brain is functioning .

Sincerely , 1st time home buyer with working brain .

Mr Mom appears to be having issues this evening. No we aren't like car salesmen. We're licensed and dangerous! lol

I've always tried to hold the hand of my first time buyers. You take them to several different loan companies, preferably ones that can provide the first time buyers money to assist them financially with purchasing a home. You basically walk them thru the whole process. Now if I didn't cover something you wanted to know just email me, I'm glad to help.

Have no idea of the basic question here, but anyone who is buying something and knows nothing about what they are doing should educate themselves. Seem to be about real estate and that whole market has gone to heck. Again people have to be responsible for their own decisions in life which it appears no one wants to there always has to have blame put upon somewhere else, instead of accepting responsibility, learning and then moving on.

Actually, in my experience, and I've bought and sold a couple of homes, Realtors are WORSE than used car salesmen.

Rubloff in Chicago is the absolute worst. We caught our Rubloff Realtor in several lies and finally had to just fire her.

Sounds like you did not qualify and now need to quickly see who you can blame for not qualifying.

This is a totally different lending environment than the one a mere 6 months ago.

Yes, I have had buyers blame me for their lousy credit and no money to put down on the home they want to buy.

Ya gotta blame sombody (except yourself, of course)
