hi i was wondering if i could play Guild Wars Prophocies and World of Warcraft on this Video Card ATI RADEON XPRESS 200M Series (ATI Radeon Xpress Series (0x5A62))

Probably on low settings but still SLOW. Xpress 200M is just integrated graphics that is quite ok for 2D and video but slow for games w/ intense 3D graphics. Get a "real" graphics card to enjoy the game.

World of Warcraft? Most likely. It runs on most computers, be it crappy or a powerhouse.
Guild Wars? That may or may not be a stretch for it. I'm not familiar with the ATI brand. You can get a test of your system if you Google System Requirements Lab.
