This is one of those that keeps changing.
At the moment I think 'Oxford Town' and 'Restless Farewell' - both for lyrics. Though I concede that Subterranean Homesick Blues is one of my faves, as well as Desolation Row.

For me, When I paint my masterpiece.
I particularly like the Grateful Dead cover of it. The Dead do justice to a lot of Bob's work.

poetically, I've always loved sad eyed lady of the low lands and some of his new songs from modern times are, in my oppinion, some of the best of his career.
