If you go to the website www.findgift.com, you can do a search based on if the gift recipient is a boy or girl, their age, the occasion, and then you can narrow the results down even further by price range and categories.

An autographed A-Rod baseball card? I'm sure if you look around at baseball stores you can find one for under 100 dollars.
Also guys don't really want expensive items from girls that are their close friends, I'm sure he'd rather have something of sentimental value. Like Jessika's idea, that one would work perfectly.

Im 13 but I dont like sports... but I can give advice tho
Give him somthing that will make him remember you, so dont get im a NDS or somthing for him to play, give him some timeless memories like a DVD scrapbook(DVD Slide show) of all the memories you had together, to me if I had a GF, I would have her give me somthing I can remember.
Also on top of the DVD or scrapbook or somthing give him a nice shirt or baseball had he can wear to remember you, also give him a card and tell him to IM u or write you or somthing.
All in one, just give him sothing to remember you!
