Be yourself..avoid the "crowds" be patient with your self- you will be accepted. Learn as much as you can and join some club or athletics.
Some teachers are a waste but don't take it personally, seek out the ones who love what they do. Dont give up!!!

I am in high school and I would be more than willing to give you advice but I would have to know what type of advice that you want specifically. Do want advice specifically relating to IEP's or meeting new people or something else entirely?
