chili and a banana sundae. The spiciness from the chili and the sweetness from the sundae always soothed my cravings.

I crave things that aren't food. I read an article on why prego women crave dirt! LOL It's called PICA. I also crave the smell of gasoline and fresh rubber tires. I love going w/ my husband to fill up on gas. I would never drink gas or eat rubber! But something about the smells just make my mouth water. The dr. said that when prego women crave such things it's because they are lacking something in their bodies such as IRON.

I think my strangest food craving was during my first pregnancy. I craved honey roasted peanuts and fruit loops in vanilla ice cream. My boyfriend, who seemed to have sympathy pains craved the same thing. LOL

With my first all I wanted for dinner every night was spaghetti and cold milk. With the second I ate a bowl of rice krispies every night before bed. This was only about 4 hours after dinner.

I didn't really have any cravings. Mine was more about food aversions. I could not eat any kind of chicken when I was pregnant and I could not eat pizza. I did enjoy peaches and nectarines a lot during that time.

I didn't get any real "cravings" per say for anything, but if I thought of something, I wouldn't want to eat anything but that. I never experienced any of the "weird" combos like pickles and ice cream or anything like that.

I ate absolutely tons of ice--not food, I know; but I went through a three pound bag a day! Ruined all my dental work. Apparently ice cracks it...who knew?

The strangest thing I ever craved was mayonnaise sandwiches. Just white bread toasted with Hellmans Mayo...how gross is that?
