As unseemly as it might sound you should ask a pornographer. They are likely to have witnessed both situations repeatedly and are more likely to give you an unbiased answer.
There are MANY studies siting claims both ways as to the pros and cons, and there seems to be no difinitive answer. But from what I have read having foreskin is more for the pleasure of the male then female.

NO significant difference in feel. However, cleanliness is a little more important, with uncirc. And the chances for cancer are less with circ than with uncirc.
