How do you know if you've had a past life, and how do you find out about it?

Sometimes it's because you know something you shouldn't, or you do something a little out of the ordinary. When I was learning to write, for example, they had the hardest time convincing me to start a new line when I got to the end of the page because I would want to continue writing the line below from right to left and back again. At this same time I would 'doodle' what turned out to be an ancient arabian writing.
Once you have clues you can try and learn more. Regression can be good but like everything else can be misleading. My personal best method is directed meditation. Sometimes I get something new, othertimes not.
Sometimes, too, the context can determine if what you are experiencing might be a probable previous life. There are much more 'common' and 'ordinary' people than others. If your memories include being in King Arthurs court, being an Atlantian knight and being on the Titanic, it might be a fertile imagination at work rather than actual memory.

Sometimes you can think you are dreaming however you are actually going back in time to another life it will feel so real and it would be to help you with a similar situation going on in your life now
You can do Past life meditation or Past life regression through meditation have a look on-line or at a book store for a Past life regression tape or cd

Have you ever had recurring dreams about people you've never met, nor places you've never been? There are people who claim they can hypnotize you & take you back to past lives, but it seems to me that the ones I've heard of are fakes. They ask what you think & feed it back to you.

You have dreams, Deja vu..Mostly dreams about another life that feels so real to you...or I was reading Sylvia brown and she said that if you sit in a quite place and close your eyes and meditate and imagine your looking at portraits which is your past lifes, and just choose one(Something like that)

You can go to a past life regression hypnotist. Try to check into their background (talk to people, get recommendations) ask them for referrals or people they have worked with before.

there is no such thing as reincarnation!!! if there was, who knows u could have been a llama in a 'past life'
