Does PA offer housing or child care assitance?

I'm thinking about moving out of NY to PA and I was curious if there is any state assitance I could get being a single mother.

yes I work and go to school. I need a bit of child care assitance but it's so expensive. I'm not a mooch.

What you might do is search out that states social services and send them an email.
