Nope, definitely not. Pulmonary tuberculosis or TB of the lungs is transmitted through aerosol or droplet spray such as when a person sneezes. Masturbation has no connection to this.

definitely yes. Excessive masturbation causes lower back pain and finally TB. I've TB in my lower back (L3, L4, L5) JUST BECAUSE OF EXCESSIVE MASTURABATION.

If you come into contact with the TB pathogen, and you then have a jerk, then yes, it will cause TB.
