A liquid protein that comes in packets - like GOO - will be easy on the stomach. Don't experiment on race day with hard foods like Power Bars unless you have tried them in workouts.

i do not recommend eating a whole lot, because you shouldn't swim on a full stomach. Try some sort of protein drink or something.

well i say eat a little bit of fruit an the wash it down with freshly sqished orange juice.Fo shizzle!!!!

u shouldn't be full up when swimming neither starving, but have a small snack before it, thats ok.
