This is a different answer, I know, and of course I miss my Mom now who passed away, but I will see her again. My first thought though after Mom was a dog I brought home from up the street when I was probably 8. She was a little wire haired terrier with long legs, the color of a fawn with white markings on her neck. My mom did not want her but let me keep her, (another mouth to feed was hard, even for a little dog). We named her Tanya quickly became another member (or better) of the family. She still enters my mind off and on even after 30 yrs. A truley wonderful friend and companion for a child. I swear she was aware of what we were saying, lol, she was so smart.

Missing someone across the Ocean is painful. I understand how you feel the need to share.
Miss so many.
Some gone from the World and those who live far from us.
Life is that way.
So I miss and accept.

I miss my mom and dad, my brother, and my precious mother-in-love. They have passed on to the other side and their presence in my life is sorely missed! I hope you will always be able to reach out to the ones you love. They are blessed to have you in their lives! Have a glorious week! Annie

I miss my kids...4 live in Alaska and 3 somewhere here in Kansas but hours away.

yes, my sister moved far away and is ready to have a baby any day. my best friend, she was killed in a car wreck in 1995 she took many of my secrets to the grave and i would do any thing just to talk to her 1 more time

I miss my best friend Sydney, she was like my twin we always thought the same thing at the same time...she lives in alabama and I moved to arizona :....( But thank god for myspace I can still talk to her with out long distance fees
