Consider taking a warm shower before bed.
I've found the best way to keep my mind off of all the little what if thoughts I will lay down and count how many times my little girl kicks or squirms.

There are a lot of different ways to handle stress. My favorite way to handle that exact same problem is that every night before I go to bed I pray that God take all my problems and concerns off my hands at least for the night. Its a tactic I learned through recovery from codependency, but it can apply to anything. You don't have to pray in a Christian fashion either, its not so much about who you pray to, but about the act of releasing your concerns to something outside yourself, if only for the night. Of course, if you are totally not religious, this method may not work for you.
Other methods I use to help destress are meditiation, deep breathing, and taking a long hot shower or epsom salt bath. It also helps to make sure I'm getting a good workout in during the day so that when I go to bed I'm too physically tired to think about much.
There are lots of ways you can reduce your stress, but I don't think it ever goes away entirely. I'm 27 weeks too, and about to be a single mother, and I'm in the military, trust me, I do my fair share of worrying! But with a little discipline and stress management, I manage to contain most of it to the day time. Now the only thing that robs me of sleep is hip pain and vivid dreams!
Stupid dreams!

I get this all the time! Im 28 weeks and I always start thinking about all these things when im trying to sleep. What I do is either take a nice warm bath before I go to bed it helps me relax. Also I watch TV when im tired or try reading something before you go to sleep. This usually takes me mind of things and lets me sleep without worrying about all these other things and stuff. Good luck I hope this helps!

It is normal to worry because in 13 weeks you will have a baby to take care of. My OB allowed me to take Tylenol PM, but ask your own doctor. Also, since I didn't want to take the PM a lot I also listened to relaxation CDs.
