I've been abducted by aliens and am currently held aboard their enormous spaceship hovering in low earth orbit over finland. Luckily I've managed to escape the room I was locked in and I've found this laptop. Unluckily they haven't got broadband only dial-up. Bloody cheapskates. Also while I'm having a moan they've also got that rubbish Carpenters track "Calling occupants of inter-planetary craft" piped through the speakers in the corridoors 24/7. Anyway, if anyone's ever been in the same situation I would appreciate any advice on an escape plan. I really want to get away before I get the rectal probe treatment.

Towels are the most useful thing it is possible to have handy in a crisis.
If you brought your own TOWEL, you'd have a chance of escape or you could over power them with it and take control of the ship.

Um, that is, you have my sympathies...
Well, they may have some sort of teleportation device - what did you notice when you were brought on board?
I suspect they may be fluent in English, so you could try convincing them you have some sort of disease that will kill them all off. In fact, if you have a cold, just sneeze on them. It may, actually, kill them all off - it's worth a try.
Presumably they must have some way to leave the mothership. There are probably some ludicrously easy-to-operate scoutships, mini-fighters or something. They may be able to take you back.
Try knocking out a guard and stealing the uniform. That always works! And if the wage is good, you may decide to stay!

Isn't that just like an alien. Always ready to give a human an enema against his will. I can think of a few other ways to spend an afternoon. What are they looking for up there anyway, batteries? I'm not looking forward to the catheter either. OUCH!

Just use either the escape pods or the matter transporter! Your choice will determine whether you reach Earth as a human or some thing else!

The meaning of "mothership" implies that there are other ships aboard. Get to one of these and pilot that bad boy home.
If that is not possible use an eject pod, it is possible they will fire upon it and you will be defenseless though.

If it's a mothership, you need to locate the embilical cord and cut it. It might be located in the lower deck.
