Barney Fife fit with his generation and so does Cosmo Kramer. I'm sure Seinfeld reruns will be on forever too. I love them both.
I liked the show:Barney locks himself in the jail and the one where he shoots off the gun accidentally.
Can't pick a favorite with Cosmo yet. He is just too funny. I love that loose/wild hair.

I like both but Cosmo still cannot hold a candle to Barney
Fife.
Don Knotts was great.
That's my opinion though.
