Ok so there is this guy that comes by every week to my street and dumps things like wood and stuff across the street from us where no one lives. we thought it was fine the first few times but after liek the 3 or 4 time the goverment sent us a letter that told us to stop dumping or else they are going to fine us. what should we do!? should i call the cops? or have my parents talk to him?

set up a camera with a long distant lens and next time take lots of pictures including the license plate and a clear picture of the person then send it to the cops
or talk to the cops give them a heads up on what is going on so next time you see the dump call the police

Call the police and file a complaint. They will solve your problem
