my partner and i have been trying for a baby for the last 4 years and nothing we have been to doctors and they have told use he has a low sperm count and the lining of my utris is smooth dose anyone have any tips to pass on i am at breaking point.

He should take a daily multi-vitamin, zinc, and L-carnatine. He should also avoid alcohol and smoking. His counts should improve within 3 months or so.
As for you, they said the lining of your uterus is smooth? What exactly did they mean by this? Do you have regular periods?
