Disney Channel has Talent Searches occasionally, such as this one last November:
http://apsc.disney.go.com/disneychannel/talentsearch/
People have been posting the following website, however it is NOT for Disney Channel auditions. It is ONLY for jobs at Disneyland, Walt Disney World Resort, Disney Cruise Line, Tokyo Disneyland, and Hong Kong Disneyland:

The "Disney Channel Talent Search 2007" in the UK is just about wrapped up.
There are NO current Disney Channel Open Calls scheduled.
Currently the casting of the shows on the Disney Channel are being conducted through standard industry procedures. The locations of Casting Offices for Disney Channel Productions are not released to the general public.

These are the Casting Directors that were used for the 2006 - 2007 seasons of Hannah Montana:
Carol Goldwasser (6 episodes, 2006-2007)
Howard Meltzer (6 episodes, 2006-2007)
Lisa London (2 episodes, 2006)
Catherine Stroud (2 episodes, 2006)
FYI They do not open unsolicited submissions from actors, they only accept official submissions in response to the character breakdowns, and only from agents.

Unfortunately in this day and age, an actor can't pick and choose if they want to do Film, TV, Commercials, be on the Disney Channel, or whatever. You have to take what you can get.
Anyways, I grew up on the same street as actor Eric Stoltz. When he was your age, he did school plays. But his parents supported him BIG TIME and paved the way for him. But the big break for Eric was when he joined the Santa Barbara Youth Theater Group. It was popular for Casting People, Agents, etc., to come to Santa Barbara and see the plays. Several actors got started there including Anthony Edwards (ER), Kathleen Wilhoite, and Kady Huffman (Tony Award Winner). You should seriously consider joining a youth theater group in your area, along with your school theater.

To be an actor on a Disney show you need to have an agent. To get an agent you need to have serious training and experience which means making a real commitment to your career at a very early age. That also means having a very supportive and dedicated family as well. They have to put their lives on hold for your career because most Disney shows tape in Los Angeles, if you don’t live there you’ll have to move or one of your parents will have to be willing to live there with you while you audition for shows and hope that you get something and if you do, then you have to stay there.
Disney kids are triple threats. They sing, act, and dance and they do all three very well. If you’re not already in classes for all three disciplines, you better get a move on! You also need to have experience… a resume with real credits. You can start with local theatres, student films, etc. but eventually if you’re going to be taken seriously you have to start booking at least under 5’s, guest spots, etc. and work your way up to leads. Once you have a few things an agent may consider taking you on.

Hello, I work as an actor. I have a NY agent and manager. There cannot be open calls for Disney. Many Disney on Broadway, but not Disney Channel. Disney Channel runs the same way as any other T.V show or Network. You have to submit your headshots and resumes to the casting directors affiliated with the disney channel shows.

You need an agent. We just got information on a Disneyland commercial, but as far as Disney Channel work, they are few and far between.
Although - there was an audition with the casting agent for a few Disney Channel shows on August 4th in Las Vegas.
