Trying to conduct a little poll...see if there are a lot of people that agree with me that republicans don't stand a chance in 08.

Im a registered Republican since 1984 myself
haven't voted since the 2000 election and I won't vote in this one.Hillary will probably win and although she won't be as big a disaster as Bush she will be a disaster. Mybe by 2012 there will be a candidate worth voting for. People I WOULD vote for if they were on the ballot
John McCain
Colin Powell
Barak Obama
Hillary is gonna beat Obama out unfortunately..for a Dem the guy makes a lot of sense.

I agree with your assessment of the likely outcome of the '08 election.
I will not be voting Democrat, though. More likely, I'll lodge my usual third party 'protest vote' for the Presidency. (I'm in CA, it's not like the Democrat isn't going to carry CA).

Generally, I vote republican. However, the candidate that I think will do the best to secure the border gets my vote.

Which ever party elects a moderate will win. Hillary is the best choice for the Dems, Rudy for the GOP.

I definitely will not vote for a Democrat. The people in my immediate family will not vote for a Democrat. You are trying to conduct a push poll, and it is obvious.
