No way. The Millenium Falcon would win against the Enterprise any day.

Great Question.
The Enterprise would rip apart the Falcon with ease in a battle. Though from a friend says the Falcon can travel faster. Crossing a galaxy in little time while The Enterprise would take decades to cross one.

I'm pretty sure if the Falcon can outrun Imperial Star Destroyers, it can outrun the Enterprise. In head to head combat, however, The Falcon would be no match for Enterprise's proton torpedos. A more intriguing question would be if Chewbacca could beat Mr. Spock in a fight.

If they could have Alien vs. Predator, why not make a movie called Enterprise vs. Millennium Falcon?

The Falcon went right up to an imperial ship: no shields in the way. They seemed to be defended by fighters, although I don't recall that it was ever really made clear. So I think the Enterprise could blow away anything in the Star Wars universe, and only the Death Star could touch it since all other weapons were designed to destroy unshielded ships.

the falcon wouldn't stand a chance, that's like pitting a bicycle against a tank, now the enterprise agaisnt one of the empire's ships.. that would cause some problems for the enterprise.

To have a fight between two things, they must first build them, train people to operate it, plus design and build the weapons of the future.
In other words, this question can not be answered because these ships and weapons only exist on the in some ones mind.
From this point on, I will not even respond to this type of questions, for this type question teaches you not a thing, and is a wast of time.

The NCC-1701 Enterprise is much faster, has much more fire power, better shields, and a better trained captain & crew. It would be "no-contest".
Unfortunately we won't ever see this fight happen, because they are in 2 different galaxies (one of them far, far away), and in two different time periods.
