I'm a grad student and would like to take a class. Do I get credit for that class? Does my GPA increase?

Not enough information to answer...depends on the class. Some classes are "no credit" and some are "pass/fail"...those won't affect your GPA. If you take an undergraduate level class, most of the time, that won't count toward your graduate GPA nor will it count toward your degree. Your best bet is to talk to your academic advisor...he or she will know exactly which classes can be counted toward your degree...and if the class is at another institution, can help you find out if the credits (and the grade) will transfer (for example, I one school where I worked, classes taken at another institution were counted toward the degree but the grade was NOT factored in to the student's GPA at that school).

Of course you get credit for that class, why wouldn't you? Your GPA will increase or decrease depending on the grade you get. ;)

Years from now, those mum and dad hyperventilating over GSAT will understand that there is so lots extra to existence than GSAT, Campion, one hundred% or horror of horrors young toddlers now no longer passing for their college of first selection! Too many Jamaican young toddlers have committed suicide over GSAT exams and this fairly emphasizes how frivolous all of it rather is. There are at present young toddlers who did solid who can no longer adventure their accomplishments once you communicate that of mothers and dads' & distinctive adult adult males and girls folk's perceptions and young toddlers who did no longer achieve this solid who're grateful that the wait is over. With kin, friends and with kin and friends whose young toddlers have attended or are attending Jamaica college, Immaculate, Wolmer's extreme Boys, Wolmer's extreme women, St. George's college, Ardenne, St. Jago extreme, St. Hugh’s, Camperdown, Campion, Papine extreme, Calabar, Mona extreme, St. Andrew extreme, Kingston college, Titchfield extreme, Hampton extreme my respond ought to rather be that the test of a school is the calibre of the person that's helping to mildew and how it promises with people who're having problems. To me, Campion is only an further college: a school that some choose to pass to and a few do no longer choose to pass to, a average college wherein some excel and a few do no longer, a school wherein scholars change to and from, an classic college in words of the eventual achievements of those scholars who pass on into the working or good international.. It does seem to have a properly PR/injury take care of group and the scholars teach a loyalty to their college which as quickly as extra is somewhat common and average.
