when i used to ride my bike to work (15miles) i would start out w/ ain't no stopping us now by Mac Fadden & Whitehead another was 25 miles to go now these r pretty old but Macy Gray's new CD Big has a cple i can think of is Treat me like your money w/ Will-a-ham, Get out w/ Justin Timberlake, What I got to do, OKAY, One for Me I know a lot of people either do not know her or dislike her but this cd has a lot of nice music just a few off the top of my head it all depends on what type of music u like i hope this works for u

i find that no song is good to run to as it throws me off beat when i run. i tried the run to music but i found that i ran to the beat of the song and that can ruin a good training session
