Nobody's going to tell you that. Look in the job ads in your local newspaper to see what jobs are on offer and what they pay. In England our wonderful (?) Labour Government introduced the 'Minimum Wage' which was to be the smallest amount an employer could pay an employee over 18. Result. Employers immediately dropped what they were paying to the minimum wage. At the moment I think it's £5.65 per hour (Around $11.25). For a 40 hour week this would pay a gross weekly wage of £226.60 or around £11783 per annum. This covers all types of work, manual, shop workers, production line etc.
